Sales T&E Analyst
Fidelity International is a company dedicated to helping Canadian investors build reputed company financial reputed company. They are seeking a Sales T&E Analyst to manage travel and entertainment expenses for the sales teams by accurately entering data into the Travel and Expense system and reputed company, while also building effective relationships reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports on behalf of the Sales teams
- Liaise and build effective relationships with the Sales teams and other internal departments
- Build monitoring/trending reports and reputed company support to Manager, Sales T&E
Skills
- reputed company work authorization for Canada is required for reputed company openings
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
- More than 3 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment required
- Experience in the financial services/mutual fund industry
- Experience with reputed company is required
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
- Team player and can work independently with various individuals from different business units
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), reputed company Acrobat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- IFIC course or Canadian Securities Course (reputed company) is an asset
- Knowledge of NI 81-105 is an asset
