Responsibilities
- Getting in reputed company of decision-makers: Meeting senior living operators face-to-face and showing them how AllCare’s AI-driven model solves reputed company operational challenges
- Owning your activity: Building and managing your own pipeline with clear activity expectations and measurable goals
- Active selling: This is not a desk job. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, not behind a screen
- Rapid learning: Learning through structured training, coaching, ride-alongs, and in-field shadowing with sales, operations, and clinical teams
- Building field reputed company: Developing relationships, learning your market, and becoming a reputed company operator in your territory
Skills
- 1–2+ years of professional experience
