They are seeking motivated D2D Direct Sales Specialists to join their Residential sales team, engaging with customers face-to-face to reputed company tailored solutions for internet, TV, home phone, and wireless services.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company doors and connect with residents in assigned neighborhoods to introduce RFNOW services
  • Deliver clear, confident product demos and recommendations—matching packages to what each household actually needs
  • Build trust quickly through friendly, professional, solution-focused conversations
  • Hit (and beat) your personal sales targets while contributing to team wins
  • Track leads, notes, and reputed company accurately so you can follow up like a pro
  • Stay reputed company on promotions, pricing, product updates, and what competitors are offering
  • Handle objections respectfully and turn “not sure” into “let’s do it” with the right options and answers
  • Represent RFNOW with pride at the reputed company, in the community, and at local sales events

Skills

  • Strong, natural communication skills—you're comfortable starting conversations and asking great questions
  • A valid driver's license (you'll be on the move)
  • Sales and/or marketing experience (telecommunications experience is a bonus, but not required)
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding goals—and the drive to reputed company raising the bar
  • Comfort using data to stay organized, track reputed company, and improve your approach
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to explain options in a simple, relatable way
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission—your earnings grow with your effort.
  • Full-time schedule: hours generally fall between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as needed.
  • Primarily remote/field-based role—ideal for someone who knows (or is excited to learn) about Manitoba and Saskatchewan communities and geography. Occasional in-market sales events.
  • Group benefits after 3 months of employment.
