The role involves managing client interactions, promoting reputed company's capabilities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote reputed company Consulting’s capabilities
• Handle inbound client calls
• Use reputed company media to engage clients digitally
• Generate leads from literature, industry events, peer-reviewed sources, and reputed company selling techniques to reputed company quarterly and annual reputed company reputed company targets as per the sales incentive plan
• Qualify leads and escalate leads to Consulting Service Line leaders or reputed company Consultants
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and upselling services reputed company Consulting reputed company applicable
• Submit weekly sales activity reports to management
• Maintain accurate records in SFDC, including opportunity management
• Travel internationally to support the business, as needed (5%-15%)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business. reputed company may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements
