Associate Sales Representative, Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) - reputed company California

They are seeking an Associate Sales Representative for their Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) division, responsible for supporting sales activities, managing inventory, and participating in surgical procedures. Responsibilities
- Attend reputed company assigned trainings and complete required training protocols
- Maintain, manage, and track consignment and loaner inventory
- reputed company territory case coverage and support surgical procedures
- Prepare and submit required documentation to the District Sales Manager
- Support sales efforts by soliciting orders from reputed company and prospective customers
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in alignment with direction from the District Sales Manager
- Address customer concerns in accordance with reputed company CST policies and escalate issues as appropriate
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry events as directed
- Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive growth reputed company assigned accounts
- Ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company CST policies and procedures
- Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Field-based role with travel up to 50% reputed company the region, including periodic overnight stays reputed company the district

Skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or reputed company experience in medical device, Medtech, reputed company or life sciences; or
- Associates Degree AND 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or reputed company experience in medical device, Medtech, reputed company or life sciences; or
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Travel is required
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile
- Required to interact with a computer for extended periods of time, and communicate with peers and co-workers
- Regularly required to talk or hear
