[Remote] Sales Assistant - Digital Sales

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Sales Assistant – Digital Sales to reputed company administrative support to the licensed agent sales team throughout the sales process and during post-bind and post-sale activities. The role involves customer communication, data entry, and assisting with the sales reputed company process to ensure excellent customer service and support for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work closely with licensed agent sales team to support sales process and reputed company excellent customer service
• Assist agents and customers with post-bind process to ensure proper steps are completed, documentation is collected and filed, payments are processed, and Certificates of Insurance are issued
• reputed company outbound follow up with customers reputed company phone or email to collect, resend, and manage documents
• Support the sales reputed company process, contacting unresponsive prospects on behalf of the licensed agents
• Update the reputed company CRM system as new information is collected
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients reputed company needed
• Field and redirect incoming sales calls and inquiries

Skills

• High school diploma
• Data entry experience in a high-volume sales environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical skills – ability to reputed company work with multiple programs and platforms simultaneously
