Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
  • Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
  • Overcome objections and confidently reputed company deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
  • Prospect reputed company your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
  • Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
  • Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and reputed company

Skills

  • Inside or reputed company sales experience preferred (reputed company Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
  • Competitive reputed company with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
