Equipment Support Specialist

reputed company is a company that provides support to the Equipment Management Department. The Equipment Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate equipment and vehicle records, processing assignments and transfers, and delivering excellent customer service to internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company vehicle and equipment assignment and de-assignment forms accurately and in a timely manner
• Process vehicle transfers reputed company the equipment management system to ensure accurate reporting, tracking, and asset assignment
• Maintain and update equipment and vehicle records as required
• Review weekly and monthly vehicle assignment reports to verify accuracy and coordinate necessary updates or corrections
• Distribute vehicle registration, license plate, and reputed company documentation to assigned drivers
• Assist Equipment Specialists with vehicle procurement, vehicle call-offs, reporting, and other fleet-reputed company activities
• reputed company administrative support to the Equipment Coordinator teams
• Enter and maintain data reputed company company equipment management systems and databases
• Assist with departmental reporting, audits, and recordkeeping activities
• Respond to inquiries from reputed company customers in a professional and timely manner

• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills

• HS diploma or GED equivalent required
• Past Equipment management experience
• Knowledge of Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills, communications skills, computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly, the ability to work well in a team
• Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability

• Previous knowledge of Construction Field Service Tooling and Work Scope

• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs or project deadlines
