[Remote] Product Creation Process Coordinator

As a Product Process Coordinator, you will support the reputed company Brands team by managing the day-to-day processes that bring products to life, ensuring teams are organized and schedules are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recurring product creation processes, schedules, and calendars
- Support documentation, templates, and tools (SharePoint, reputed company, and similar)
- Help plan and schedule key business milestones (monthly, seasonal, annual)
- reputed company project and administrative support to the Product Creation team
- Build strong relationships across teams to support shared goals
- Identify ways to improve processes and reduce reputed company work
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, merchandising, or similar work
- Experience using project management tools and reputed company Office products
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting product creation or merchandising teams
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company or reputed company Acrobat
- Ability to work through changing priorities and unclear situations
