Chartered Insurance Institute is seeking a Training Solutions Executive to manage course administration and serve as the primary contact for trainers and customers. The role involves supporting training logistics and collaborating with the wider business to promote training offerings.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company aspects of our course administration
- Be the trusted reputed company of contact for our trainers, reputed company customers
- Work closely reputed company your small team of three
- Support both regular and reputed company training requirements
- Collaborate with the wider business to promote the training offered by CII
- Cover the logistics of training courses (online and in person)
- Liaise with our contracted trainers
- Use your initiative and creativity to improve our internal processes

- Confidence in communication skills
- Comfortable making reputed company based on experience and understanding of a reputed company
- Enjoy variety in daily tasks, including stakeholder management and handling databases
- Pride in meticulous coordination and administration
