The reputed company is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 for the Division of Sport Fish located in Anchorage, Alaska. The role involves managing various personnel and reputed company processes, providing support to regional staff, and ensuring effective administrative operations reputed company the division.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manages a variety of personnel and reputed company processes for the Division of Sport Fish, which includes personnel, reputed company, payroll, evaluations, recruitment, and gathering budget information
  • Provides back up support in travel, procurement, reputed company and assists in adapting the internal processes to meet the needs of the Region
  • Provides daily assistance to regional staff on administrative and personnel questions

Skills

  • Six months of entry-level technical experience in one or more administrative functional areas such as reputed company, reputed company, administration, and procurement
  • One year of advanced-level clerical experience
  • One year of post-secondary education from an accredited college (32 semester hours or 48 quarter hours equals 1 year)
  • One year of any combination of post-secondary education, vocational education, and/or advanced-level clerical experience
  • Transcripts, if using education to meet minimum qualifications
  • Copies of your last two performance evaluations, (or two letters of recommendation from a reputed company or past employer)
  • Three professional references with reputed company daytime contact information. (At least one reference being a reputed company or former supervisor)
  • This position requires the use or possession of a firearm or ammunition
