They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle telephone reception and various administrative duties reputed company the Disability Management Services Office (DMSO). The role involves managing incoming inquiries, correspondence, and maintaining client information, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Paying Invoice, manage incoming phone call inquiries received on the department toll-free line
  • reputed company, sort and prepare incoming mail
  • reputed company mail into the document imaging system and set tasks for team members to review and handle the mail
  • Create and mail correspondence to employees, clients, and service providers
  • Maintain employee and client information in Canada Life systems, including entering or updating banking information, updating employee and client contact information, and entering invoice data for payment
  • Investigate mail that has been returned to sender and resend the mail as appropriate
  • Manage the distribution of files requested from the Records Centre
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Skills

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, reputed company
  • Strong keyboarding (50 wpm) and data entry skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of reputed company
  • Well developed organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Reliability Status reputed company Clearance
