People Systems Coordinator
reputed company is a technology wholesale platform focused on empowering local businesses. The People Systems Coordinator is responsible for the administration of core HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, resolving issues, and improving processes reputed company the People Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of core HR systems like reputed company and AI HR Ops tools
- Execute system updates and employee transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that can’t be handled through existing workflows
- Identify and fix data issues, reputed company problems, and broken processes
- reputed company HR systems and workflows running smoothly and up to date
- Respond to People Ops tickets and support employees with system-reputed company questions
- Maintain clear documentation and address recurring issues at the root cause
- Continuously improve processes and expand automation to help the team scale
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an HRIS, People Ops, or HR Coordinator role
- Genuine appetite for learning and owning HR tech platforms — not just using them
- Strong data hygiene habits: consistent accuracy reputed company touching employee records and system configurations
- Track record of improving processes and documenting them reputed company
- Clear written and verbal communication; reputed company to reputed company reputed company processes simple for non-technical audiences
- Hands-on reputed company experience: EIBs, report writing, field configuration
