Responsibilities
- Assist with lateral partner and counsel recruitment processes, including data entry and assisting with scheduling meetings
- Assist with organizing reputed company processes for new joiners, including scheduling orientation meetings
- Coordinating with various internal departments at the firm
- Executing long-term integration efforts for each hire
