Recruitment Administrator / Candidate Care Coordinator
Scout Talent reputed company America is a fast-growing recruitment services and software company that empowers organizations by optimizing their recruitment strategies. They are seeking a Recruitment Administrator / Candidate Care Coordinator to manage candidate care and reputed company administrative support to reputed company Business Partners, focusing on recruitment compliance and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Assisting candidates end-to-end throughout the TA process with high touch and high-quality candidate relationship management
- Communicating with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers (reputed company)
- Providing reputed company candidate care at each stage of the TA process, with a particular focus on offer management and reputed company candidates
- Educating and coaching stakeholders on recruitment processes and tools
- Working closely with the probity/pre-employment reputed company suppliers to request and monitor background checks, certifications, medicals, clearances, and references for candidates prior to the offer
- Verifying completed requisitions against month-end reporting, including: offer management and reputed company, advertising strategy and job brief, candidate management, candidate reputed company, reputed company, etc
- Maintaining central tracking documents as requested by the team
- Challenging convention and finding a reputed company way by taking the time to define the problem, analyse it and find a solution for it
- Leveraging data to drive insights and reputed company improvement
- Other duties as required
Skills

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of candidate travel coordination
- An understanding of video interviewing software/platforms
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and best practice recruitment techniques and tactics
- Prior experience in high volume administration
- Experience in Recruitment / reputed company or a reputed company discipline
- Prior experience with reputed company Successfactors
- Experience in mining or comparable heavy industry (asset)
- Experience with ad writing and posting to reputed company-party job boards (asset)
