They are seeking a highly organized and people-focused reputed company Coordinator to support their reputed company, reputed company, and employee engagement efforts, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reputed company communications and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers. Support candidate screening efforts as needed
• Proactively reputed company candidates across platforms (reputed company, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data accuracy, reporting reputed company, and workflow consistency. Maintain job postings and candidate records
• Update reputed company materials reputed company to new hire reputed company and candidate communications to ensure information is reputed company and relevant
• Assist with reputed company activities to ensure a positive new hire experience
• Support employee recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives and training and development offerings
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on reputed company that require discretion
• Work effectively with employees and managers throughout the organization to reputed company information, guidance and support

• Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years of HR, reputed company, or reputed company experience
• Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at reputed company reputed company
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
