Responsibilities

• Manage the entire hiring process for janitorial and facility service roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• reputed company candidates through various channels such as online job boards, reputed company media, community partnerships, and reputed company events
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate pre-employment activities like drug screenings and orientations, and guide new hires through reputed company procedures to ensure reputed company documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain detailed applicant records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for tracking reputed company and reporting
