They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage high volumes of customer calls, reputed company product and service information, and resolve complaints while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high call volumes from inbound phone traffic
  • Follow company policies and procedures to handle calls reputed company and professionally
  • reputed company member engagement targets by adhering to departmental guidelines
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues following company standards
  • Multitask across several applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication - At least 85% English level is required (B2, reputed company, C2)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems
  • reputed company computer and headset (Computer specifications: CPU: reputed company Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 RAM: 8GB expandable up to 16GB, OS: reputed company 10 - 11, Storage: 250/500GB (Preferably SSD) reputed company to connect to ethernet
  • Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed)
  • Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule with reliability
  • Police record
  • A copy of the ID
  • Customer Representative experience preferred but not required
