Partnerships & Go-To-Market Associate

Melio is a rapidly growing B2B payment platform focused on helping small businesses succeed. They are seeking a Partnerships & Go-To-Market Associate to manage partner relationships, coordinate internal teams for client issue resolution, and support sales initiatives through engagement activities and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day inbound case management from partner relationship managers, serving as a reliable escalation reputed company and coordinating with internal teams to drive timely resolution of client issues end-to-end across multiple channels
• Conduct proactive reputed company-ins and engagement activities across a portfolio of high-touch partners
• Own inbound demo requests, delivering clear and compelling product walkthroughs for partner-referred prospects
• Conduct outbound Voice of Customer calls with partner-referred clients to gather feedback, surface insights, and support retention and expansion opportunities
• Act as an extension of the partner's sales reputed company — supporting prospect conversations, co-selling alongside partner reps, and helping move reputed company deals reputed company on behalf of the partner
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, CX, and Business Development teams to coordinate launches, trainings, campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives
• Build and maintain enablement decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, sales assets, and partner-facing materials tailored to each partner's sales reputed company and verticals
• Support training preparation, QBR coordination, and leadership presentations
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and reporting; compile GTM insights and engagement

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company, client servicing, partnerships, or a reputed company field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to reputed company stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and partners simultaneously
• Experience with or willingness to quickly learn: reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, Redash, and AI productivity tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
