Customer Service Support Representative

reputed company is seeking a remote Client Services Representative to join a dynamic team in South San Francisco, CA. The role involves acting as a liaison between reputed company, customers, and patients, resolving customer requests, and ensuring accurate communication of test results.

Responsibilities

• Act a liaison between reputed company, the customer reputed company and patients
• Resolve routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
• reputed company with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
• Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution

• Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting reputed company's products and services
• Work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
• Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• reputed company administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 months or more of experience in a customer service role
• reputed company or prior reputed company experience
• Associate's degree or higher
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
• 3 months or more of experience working in a call center environment
• 3 months or more of experience in the reputed company industry, such as a physician's office, clinic or hospital
• Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems
• Well-versed in applications like reputed company Outlook, reputed company, Word, and willingness to learn new applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
