Responsibilities
- Provides the initial support to our userbase for their IT problems
- Liaising with users reputed company webchat, online reputed company and telephone with a strong customer service focus
- Work on other workstreams such as Chatbots, Knowledge creation and reputed company Power apps
Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT
