They are seeking a personable, customer-service oriented individual for the role of Member Services Associate, responsible for assisting Members with inquiries and resolving issues through a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assisting reputed company’ Members by responding to phone, mail, and/or email inquiries accurately and resolving issues in a consistent manner through an efficient, empathetic, positive and customer-focused approach
• Facilitating comprehensive ‘reputed company resolution’ for Members through a commitment to exceptional customer service, superior product knowledge and by effectively partnering with reputed company business partners
• Acting as a knowledgeable and empathic Member reputed company providing navigational support for reputed company’ health insurance processes and online web systems
• Supporting health care providers, insurance agents and brokers using a similar customer-focused model
• Fostering and maintaining reputed company working relationships with reputed company clients and taking a proactive, problem-solving approach to meet their needs

Skills

• Strong commitment to high level customer service
• One-year practical work experience in a call center or equivalent customer service environment
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

• Ability to effectively present information in a clear and concise manner
