The Associate Renewal Manager, Scaled will manage a high-volume book of business, focusing on customer retention and successful renewals while engaging with customers to ensure contract accuracy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer health risks across your install reputed company, with a focus on usage, adoption, and friction in the customer reputed company
  • Own the renewal lifecycle from early risk identification through contract execution, ensuring reputed company, accuracy, and timeliness

Skills
