They are seeking a Client reputed company to work with the Benefits Administration and Claims Advocacy teams, providing claims advocacy and excellent customer service to multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between insurance providers and clients regarding employee status and eligibility for coverage
- Resolve standard claim issues and reputed company assistance with reputed company or non-standard claim appeals
- Verify completion and validity of claim forms
- Review company records to determine coverage
- Calculate amounts of claims and submit for payment
- Ensure reputed company client data is entered into CRM System (reputed company) in a timely manner
Skills
- Knowledge of Medical, Dental, reputed company Plans, and Flexible Spending Accounts required
- Strong reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Vigorous attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Four-year college or university degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of benefit administration or claims processing required
- Experience with Insurance reputed company self-service portals and call centers is a plus
- Life, Accident, and Health License a plus or willing to obtain
