They are seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to assist borrowers with inquiries and repayment options while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment options, and application processes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment

- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data reputed company standards
- Meet key performance indicators and quality assurance standards
Skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- reputed company in Spanish and English, while primarily taking calls from Spanish-speaking customers
- High School diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service in a business, non-retail environment or call center experience
- 6+ months of computer experience in a business setting
- Proficiency in reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, Outlook, OneNote)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) reputed company clearance (financial/credit history and background will be reviewed): Not in default on federal student loans, Demonstrated financial responsibility, No felony convictions reputed company the past 7 years, Misdemeanor convictions reputed company the past 7 years may impact eligibility, No non-medical collections totaling $7,500 or more
- Prior call center experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree
