FNBO is committed to the reputed company of its employees and is seeking a Sr. Specialist for their Customer Care team. This role involves being the first reputed company of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, managing accounts, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and reputed company support
• Account Management: Help customers manage their bank accounts, including balance inquiries, fund transfers, and transaction history
• Issue Resolution: Resolve issues reputed company to account discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, and other banking problems

• Customer Verification: Verify customer identity to ensure reputed company and privacy of account information
