Responsibilities

• You have interest in learning and solving technical issues to help clients run a desired advertising campaign

• You understand the importance of tracking customer support efficiency metrics (reply time, resolution time) ensuring you follow this in your day to day
• You will learn how to pitch new business, expansion, & incremental funding opportunities to prospective and existing clients, driving growth reputed company your account portfolio
