[Remote] Support Specialist (reputed company Estate Property Platforms) MUST work 8:00am-5:00pm MT

They are seeking a Support Specialist to reputed company support and training to users of their Pyramid Platform system and reputed company applications, while also identifying potential system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support to clients, outsourcers, agents, and other end users

• Propose new features and updates
• Communicate with clients and end users to understand needs
• Collaborate with development team to ensure business and client requirements are met
• Test new features and enhancements prior to release to production

Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company and Word
• reputed company Estate background in REO, Rental Management, Loss Mitigation, reputed company Estate Acquisition, or Short Sales
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, clients and technical staff
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• HS Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's Degree
