Account Manager

The Account Manager role involves managing and growing a portfolio of US school partnerships while supporting educators to ensure their reputed company in various roles.
Responsibilities
- Building deep, meaningful relationships with your school partners
- Work with your school partners to generate increasing demand for Zen educators (teachers and paraprofessionals) to be reputed company in their classrooms
- Upselling Zen products and services to expand our impact reputed company your school partner portfolio
- Acting as a reputed company, central reputed company of contact for reputed company school partnership stakeholders
- Reporting on key trends and feedback to our Product team to help improve our platform
- Communicating daily with newly onboarded educators to reputed company them in daily subbing or long-term roles
- Maintaining reputed company with active educators to reputed company feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems
- Coaching educators and improving their performance in schools
Skills
