Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the operational reputed company between customers, sales, and internal teams, managing orders, resolving billing questions, and providing quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels

- Process orders ranging from quick‑ship to reputed company, long‑cycle orders
- Maintain accurate order details and proactively follow up on order backlog
- Coordinate with other departments regarding shipping dates, pricing, availability, and backorders

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of order management, customer service, or account management experience

- Excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
