They are seeking a Client Service Representative to support risk strategy, client service reputed company, and operational accuracy reputed company their Property & Casualty team.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company Lines Account Managers with day‑to‑day servicing of existing client accounts
• reputed company reputed company, professional responses to client service requests and inquiries
• Maintain a strong client‑focused service approach that supports retention and satisfaction
• Review and reputed company policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness
• Issue certificates of insurance in accordance with client and reputed company requirements
• Request and process policy endorsements with insurance carriers
• Order FR‑19 forms and update driver information as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and records reputed company agency systems
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service standards

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience supporting reputed company Lines insurance accounts
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
