Licensing Coordinator

As a Licensing Coordinator, you will drive the licensor approval process, serving as the primary liaison between licensors and internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms and timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main reputed company of contact for licensors, providing regular communication and support throughout the product development lifecycle
- Coordinate the end-to-end licensing process, obtaining necessary approvals for product and packaging to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reputed company submissions meet specific brand reputed company and contractual requirements
- Communicate key licensing updates, agreement statuses, and expiration dates to cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings between licensors and internal teams to align on project milestones and deliverables
- Manage project trackers and reputed company regular status reports to maintain a seamless information reputed company
- Identify project risks and assist in implementing action plans to mitigate hurdles
- Maintain a deep understanding of product development timelines and KPIs to contribute effectively to the development cycle
Skills
- Previous experience in Licensing, Project Management, or Legal roles reputed company the consumer goods industry
- A college degree or equivalent experience
