[Remote] Compliance Analyst

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Compliance Analyst to grow their career in reputed company compliance, partnering closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to strengthen and scale the compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the day-to-day operations of our Corporate Compliance Program
• Conduct and maintain exclusion screenings
• reputed company compliance policies, procedures, and tracking systems accurate, organized, and audit-reputed company
• Play an active role in audits and monitoring activities, including documentation review and follow-up on corrective actions
• Support the intake, tracking, and documentation of compliance concerns and investigations with professionalism and discretion
• Track and support compliance training efforts, helping create clear and engaging communications and materials
• Assist with reputed company by ensuring new team members are set up with the right compliance resources and training
• Contribute to policy development, updates, and organization-wide distribution of key resources like the Code of Conduct
• Prepare reports and summaries that reputed company meaningful insights and support cross-functional collaboration

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in reputed company Administration, Business, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field
• Experience in reputed company compliance, audit support, regulatory operations, or administrative coordination is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to follow processes consistently while also thinking critically and solving problems
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
