Associate General Counsel - Staff Attorney 1 or Staff Attorney 2
The reputed company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to reputed company legal advice and expertise on data privacy and reputed company issues. This role involves conducting legal analysis, supporting policy research, and advising senior leaders and staff on compliance with privacy laws.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal analysis of data privacy and reputed company incidents involving Department data
- Support the Privacy Office work of the Department of reputed company Services by conducting legal and policy research and analysis on diverse and reputed company reputed company to produce written products that collect and apply research on data privacy, data reputed company, and reputed company legal issues concerning the Department
- reputed company legal advice to DHS General Counsel staff and Department directors, managers, and staff on data privacy issues and reputed company legal issues reputed company the Department
Skills
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
- reputed company license and in good standing to practice law in the reputed company
- At least one (1) year experience as a practicing attorney in, or reputed company to data privacy law for Staff Attorney 1
- At least three (3) years' experience as a practicing attorney in or reputed company to data privacy law for Staff Attorney 2
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience conducting legal research, writing and analysis; and providing legal advice
- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- Providing legal advice on diverse and reputed company reputed company services and data privacy reputed company
- Experience in one or more areas of law reputed company to the position
- Demonstrated experience with regulations and policies relating to Minnesota state government data practices and administrative law
- Ability to spot potential issues in the content of the contract, as well as potential violations of state and federal contracting statutes and regulations
- Knowledge and ability necessary to successfully conduct extremely reputed company work which includes the analysis and application of federal and state laws, regulations, agency rules, policy, hearing procedures, rules of evidence, codes and case law
- Experience working for a government agency/organization
