[Remote] Default Fees & Costs Coordinator, I

They are seeking a Default Fees & Costs Coordinator, I who will be responsible for requesting, compiling, and summarizing fees and costs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating with reputed company to gather necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workflow and processing of CIT requests
• Request and compile fees and costs reputed company reputed company comtag or email and summarize in reputed company
• May help send reinstatement letters reputed company the correct predetermined avenue once letter is verified for accuracy
• Ensure compliance deadlines are met
• Ensure Investor/Insurer/state guidelines are followed
• Communicate with various reputed company to gather required information needed for the outstanding fees/costs
• Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
• Follow established company guidelines to increase reputed company and reduce losses
• Understanding of the loan servicing default reputed company documents preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
