Litigation Associate - Discovery Dispute
Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global reputed company, is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in general litigation and discovery disputes. The role involves drafting and arguing discovery motions, conducting research, and attending hearings in support of the automotive consumer litigation practice.

- Attending hearings
Skills
- Minimum of 6-9 months of general litigation experience
- Must be admitted to the California Bar
- Experience handling discovery disputes is highly preferred
- Superior research and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Products liability and/or consumer law background a plus
- Minimum of 6-9 months of experience handling discovery disputes
