Project Coordinator
9Wood is a leading reputed company American manufacturer of custom reputed company ceilings. In this role, the Project Coordinator will support architects, designers, and subcontractors by coordinating project details and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process project correspondence from departments and customers
- Filter and prioritize reputed company incoming calls
- Negotiate turnaround times with customers and internal departments
- Update and maintain accurate records of projects
- Review reputed company of projects and communicate significant changes to the Project Manager
- Coordinate the Project Managers work
