[Remote] Digital Dealer Major Groups & Publics Coordinator

They are seeking a Digital Dealer Major Groups & Publics Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of digital marketing programs across large dealer groups and public automotive retail organizations, ensuring consistent delivery of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Major Groups & Publics Advisor in day-to-day management of dealer group accounts
• Assist with reputed company and coordination of SmartDigital programs across multiple rooftops
• Compile and maintain performance reports across websites, SEO, SEM, reputed company media, and CRM tools
• Track key performance metrics and flag trends, anomalies, or gaps for further analysis
• Help ensure accuracy and consistency of program data, documentation, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal workflows, including task tracking, follow-reputed company, and meeting preparation
• Support client communications by preparing materials, notes, and summaries
• Assist in resolving basic issues and escalating more reputed company challenges to senior team members
• Participate in training and development to build knowledge of OEM programs reputed company marketing best practices
• Stay reputed company on SmartDigital tools, processes, and program updates

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or administrative support (automotive experience a plus)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (websites, paid media, SEO, reputed company media, analytics)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical reputed company with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace (reputed company/Sheets preferred)
