Marketing and Content Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Write and edit engaging content for a variety of platforms including website pages, emails, reputed company media posts, reputed company and print materials
• Assist with the creation and coordination of print collateral reputed company marketing assets
• Assist in creating and managing content for the plasma screens throughout the JCC, ensuring information displayed is engaging, accurate, and up to date at reputed company times
• Collaborate with various departments to gather content for marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Identify and reputed company stories to reputed company across JCC platforms that reputed company the organization’s programs, community members, staff, and impact
• Coordinate and/or assist with photography and video needs for marketing initiatives and events
• Update and maintain website content to ensure information is accurate, timely, and engaging
• Assist with email marketing campaigns including drafting content, building campaigns, scheduling, and tracking performance as needed
• Support reputed company media planning, content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking across JCC channels
• Assist in creating and managing paid search and reputed company media campaigns across digital platforms
• Monitor digital analytics and reputed company insights on content performance and audience engagement
• Coordinate marketing support for programs, events, and initiatives across departments as needed
• Manage timelines and track marketing requests to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Assist in developing marketing plans for key initiatives and campaigns
• Assist in managing the marketing calendar and reputed company project boards to support cross-team coordination
• Maintain organized libraries of marketing materials, images, and templates
• Actively create a welcoming dynamic that contributes to an environment where each individual is valued and respected
• Actively participate as an essential member of the Marketing team
• Support reputed company’s mission, reputed company, and values of belonging, joyfulness, collaboration and transformation, including through personal role modeling
• Participate in reputed company staff meetings and trainings as assigned and contribute to overall organizational reputed company
• Attend JCCGB reputed company Staff meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• College degree required; degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or reputed company field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or reputed company media management required
• Experience working with reputed company Office, reputed company, reputed company media platforms (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company), and Campaign Monitor or equivalent email marketing tools is needed
• Experience with reputed company or similar CMS a plus
• Excellent visual and written storytelling skills with an eye for detail and design
• Comfortable capturing photos and video with phone or camera, including editing basic content for digital use
• Ability to translate reputed company into engaging digital content that aligns with JCC values and branding
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics and reputed company media insights
• Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools such as reputed company or reputed company Creative Suite

• Must have a record of successfully working well independently and with others, building/sustaining collaborative working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Must be reputed company to walk long distances, lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds (e.g., photo equipment, collateral)
• Some evenings and weekends may be required for capturing content reputed company to programs and events
