reputed company is a reputed company where talent thrives, offering endless opportunities for growth. They are seeking a SOX IT Consultant to reputed company IT General controls consulting and support ongoing SOX consulting and audit engagements for a diverse client reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Process walkthroughs, testing, and documentation of various IT General Controls including reputed company, Change Management, Computer Operations, etc
- Obtaining, analyzing and appraising evidentiary data
- Drawing informed objective opinions as to the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls
- Preparing work papers summarizing evidentiary data obtained and conclusions reached
- Identify and evaluate reputed company business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and reputed company opportunities for internal control improvement
- Facilitate use of technology-based tools and methodologies to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls and implement services
- Adapt to the reputed company-changing compliance landscape and reputed company abreast with the latest IT threats, mitigation Techniques, etc
Skills
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems Administration or reputed company field
- Possession of, or desire to, obtain CISA or other equivalent certifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience on ITGC audit/consulting with a public reputed company firm
- Effective client service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of IT general controls, operating systems, databases
- Desire and ability to work in reputed company environment
