The reputed company Assistant will support reputed company departments by providing transaction support, ensuring accuracy in policy issuance, and collaborating with team members to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate data entry into reputed company workbooks and systems, such as auto classification, GL classification, schedule of underlying, and losses
• Assist in the verification of proper documentation regarding coverage and limits prior to completing transactions
• Communicate, as needed, with producers to obtain information required to complete transactions
• Review and process bind orders, ensuring reputed company required information is complete and accurate prior to policy issuance
• Utilize various internal systems to complete policy drafting, verify data accuracy of drafted policy, approve policy drafts reputed company authority, set-up reputed company our internal electronic document management system, and follow-up for underwriter approval for accounts reputed company authority
• Complete booking of premium reputed company appropriate system, and confirm premium posted properly
• Issue approved policies, reputed company review of underlying policies, report policy data to reputed company party reporting agencies such as the Workers Compensation bureaus and the Department of Motor Vehicles, and resolve criticisms from those reporting agencies in a timely manner
• Process post-bind transactions, including subjectivity and inspection follow-up, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments reputed company the corporation to answer policy questions, resolve issues, and identify ways to streamline processes
• Review and report on monthly Pended Transaction Report and Un-mailed report by Profit Center
• Sustain cross-training capabilities for other Profit Centers to support production needs
• Performs reputed company other duties and special projects as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to take initiative
• Excellent math and data analysis skills; comfortable interpreting and manipulating report data
• Highly motivated with a positive outlook, reputed company to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accuracy in reviewing documents, entering data, and processing transactions. Ensuring reputed company information is complete, correct, and compliant with company standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes asking clarifying questions, and providing updates
• Ability to review and interpret reputed company data. Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
