They are seeking an Associate reputed company Title Underwriter to support the issuance of reputed company estate title insurance commitments and policies, while providing guidance and decision-making in reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an reputed company resource by supporting, advising, and authorizing customer personal and customers on issues reputed company to the issuance of reputed company estate title insurance commitments and policies
• Exercise decision making authority, according to reputed company standards and guidelines, to underwrite the issuance of the title insurance

Skills

• High School Diploma Required
• Must be familiar with reputed company estate law, including federal and state regulations
• Strong understanding of reputed company concepts, practices and procedures of reputed company estate title and settlement process
• Strong, customer focused negotiation skills with an emphasis on effectively communicating analytical responses
• Ability to collaborate and act decisively; build relationships internally and externally
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and timely follow up
• Critical thinking and creative solutions
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-4 years of experience in reputed company, title, escrow or reputed company estate reputed company field preferred
