[Remote] Sales Agent

They are seeking a Sales Agent to support reputed company and group clients by guiding them to the right coverage for their needs through inbound inquiries and proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals set by the VP of Sales and Inside Sales Manager by delivering a strong customer experience and closing business with direct consumers and direct groups
• Handle inbound sales inquiries by asking smart qualifying questions and confidently guiding prospects to take the reputed company
• Follow up on leads through outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities, present the right product, and reputed company the sale
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer needs and travel plans

• Serve as a creative problem solver—helping customers navigate questions, concerns, and unique situations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
