Project Accountant

Ideematec reputed company America is a German provider of high-performance solar tracking systems, looking to expand their reputed company American team by hiring a Project Accountant. The Project Accountant will manage the financial lifecycle of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely invoicing, and effective cost control while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company financial aspects of assigned solar projects, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor project performance against budgets and identify risks or discrepancies early
• Manage and track Letters of Credit (LOCs), including issuance, utilization, amendments, and releases in accordance with contractual requirements
• reputed company monthly project reviews, investigating and resolving variances and unusual items
• reputed company project closeout activities, including final reconciliations
• Ensure reputed company recurring financial responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Manage end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contract terms
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain billing schedules
• Prepare and manage change orders, contract amendments, and customer quotations in coordination with Project Managers
• Track payment applications and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Act as the financial reputed company for assigned clients/projects
• Prepare and analyze project cost reports, financial statements, and performance metrics
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of reputed company financial transactions
• Support forecasting and cash reputed company planning for ongoing projects
• Maintain comprehensive project financial records, including reputed company, purchase orders, invoices, and BOMs
• Collaborate with Logistics to confirm deliveries and align billing milestones
• Ensure proper documentation for audit readiness and compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, reputed company standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review lien waivers in accordance with project and jurisdictional requirements
• Support reputed company audits, including tax filings and reporting requirements
• Review and validate project-reputed company expenses and documentation
• Serve as the primary financial liaison between Project Managers, partners, and reputed company teams
• reputed company financial insights to support project decision-making
• Resolve client financial inquiries and support issue resolution proactively

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in project reputed company or similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
