[Remote] Loss Control Reviewer

The Loss Control Reviewer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of property surveys, identifying hazards, and supporting the timely delivery of reliable data.

Responsibilities

• Review survey photographs to ensure image quality and that reputed company required property elements and characteristics are captured
• Identify and document property hazards and conditions in accordance with client guidelines, ensuring appropriate recommendations are selected
• Review replacement cost (RCT) forms to confirm property characteristics align with survey photos
• Review sketches and dwelling diagrams to ensure accuracy and alignment with the property footprint
• Utilize public data sources to verify property information reputed company needed
• Communicate professionally in writing with field representatives regarding report errors, deficiencies, or clarifications
• Ensure reports meet quality, content, and consistency standards prior to completion
• Portray a professional and positive image of reputed company Risk Services with clients, field staff, and internal partners
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite or similar software
