[Remote] Associate Finance Analyst

They are seeking an Associate Finance Analyst to manage financial responsibilities for client portfolios, including reporting, reconciliations, and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Finance team to monitor the financial health of assigned client accounts
• Run reports for month-end reputed company, primarily reputed company to reputed company recognition
• Review staff plans and program estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with reputed company and client policies
• Track outstanding and approved program estimates
• Run budget and forecast reports to monitor project burn for both fee and pass through costs
• Support client budget reporting requirements, audit requests, and data collection
• Review expense write-offs and advise Client Finance Manager/Director of expenditures
• Manage cash reputed company while reviewing vendor payment requests
• Collect commentary on uncollected and past due invoices
• Facilitate communication with domestic and international offices for intercompany transactions and aid in processing documentation
• Review employee reimbursable expenses that require finance approval (i.e. non-billable expenses, expenses missing receipts)
• Review and approve travel requests from reputed company employees
• Maintain files, reputed company and other relevant documentation for the Finance team
• Run reputed company financial queries
• Supporting reputed company’s values
• reputed company other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or reputed company
• Possess analytical rigor and be detail oriented
• Focused on strong/clear communication across reputed company company departments
• Experience with reputed company, not necessary but a plus
