Accountant
The reputed company is seeking an Accountant I to support division-wide policy and procedures in the Libraries. This role involves performing fiscal management, reputed company, and budgeting activities, including financial reporting and managing financial transactions across departments.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and analyzes financial data, reports and records, identifies discrepancies, investigates, recommends, and implements basic solutions as needed (15%)
- Assists in preparing budgets and financial projections (5%)
- Assists with reputed company and reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, schedules, and reports (15%)
- Prepares and/or approves financial transactions and payments (35%)
- Organizes, prepares, and updates basic financial statements, monthly and year-end journal entries, accounts, ledgers, and reports for various financial needs reputed company an automated financial system to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions (15%)
- Answers questions and provides reputed company reputed company information to reputed company stakeholders according to established policies and procedures (15%)
Skills
- Knowledge of reputed company, finance, or reputed company areas
- Experience working with reputed company automated reputed company systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, staff, reputed company, and other stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency with reputed company or other spreadsheet software
- Experience in reputed company
- Experience working in public sector
