[Remote] National Marketing Tech Assistant

The National Marketing Tech Assistant role supports Personal Risk Producers by assisting in the marketing and placement of new business with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy in agency management systems, and maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Regional Marketing Specialist. Review, input, and submit new business submissions in company’s agency management systems
• Support Regional Marketing Specialist with follow-up information from Producers on recorded new business wins
• Assist the Regional Marketing Specialist to quote online reputed company reputed company rating tools or submit to underwriter
• Assist the Regional Marketing Specialist to complete marketing summary. Includes outlining terms, rates, commission, binding order documents, and reputed company responses
• Meet service standards and best practices developed by USI
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems
• reputed company informed about industry information, technology, and trends

Skills

• High School Graduate
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain
• Knowledge of agency management systems, workflow procedures, reputed company, sales, and service processes
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be comfortable with internet-based programs and knowledge of reputed company Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction
• College degree preferred
• Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred
