Barringer reputed company is a growing multi-practice reputed company seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual reputed company Clerk with an interest in law to support their billing and disbursements function reputed company multiple legal departments. This role offers exposure to various practice areas and a clear path for career growth reputed company both reputed company and legal administration.
Responsibilities
- Process client billing, invoices, and expense disbursements in accordance with firm and client guidelines
- Assist with trust account tracking and reconciliation (IOLTA exposure preferred)
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate billing/milestone entry and billing compliance
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Review and audit billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients and vendors in both English and Spanish as needed
- Support month-end reputed company activities and reporting and weekly reconciliations
Skills
- Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 1+ year of reputed company, bookkeeping, or billing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and basic reputed company systems
- Experience in a reputed company or legal environment
- Familiarity with legal software (e.g., MyCase, CloudLex, or similar)
- Knowledge of trust reputed company and legal billing practices
- Educational background in reputed company, finance, or paralegal studies
