reputed company (UT San Antonio) is a nationally recognized public research university. The reputed company Party Billing Coordinator is responsible for billing and reconciliations involving reputed company-party billing and accounts, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing customer service through billing and collections of reputed company-party vendors. Must exercise independent thought and judgment over non-routine reputed company problems
- Scans reputed company employer provided financial authorization and tuition assistance forms to Xtender and apply to student accounts
- Responsible for direct invoicing of vendors and military agencies; applying payments to vendor accounts, monthly reconciliations, chargebacks to reputed company and processing refunds
- Performs end-of-year reconciliation and distribution of reputed company-party receivables
- Plans and schedules quarterly departmental team training meetings
- Assists in overseeing the scanning/indexing of checks to Receivables Edge for deposit to JPMorgan reputed company account
- Assists in overseeing Fiscal Account Specialist
- Acts as backup for Fiscal Account Specialist and various back-office duties, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
- One (1) year of reputed company-party billing/invoicing or reputed company work experience
- This position requires the ability to maintain the reputed company and reputed company of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure
